Thank you for shopping with Accessories By Naya. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for information regarding processing times, shipping methods, costs, and delivery expectations.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] after payment has been received and verified.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within US only.
For orders shipped to remote or rural locations, delivery times may be longer than estimated.
International Shipping
We currently do offer international shipping.
If international shipping is available:
- Delivery times vary by destination.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at workmail4677@yahoo.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:
- Contact the shipping carrier directly.
- Notify us at workmail4677@yahoo.com with your order number and details of the issue.
We will do our best to assist in resolving the situation.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather events

- Carrier service interruptions
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Split Shipments
In some cases, items within the same order may be shipped separately depending on product availability or warehouse location. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
